Evan Kinori accepts returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or your authorization email inside the box.
Ship Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our San Francisco studio.
Processing & Refund
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
